BIOGRAPHIES

	James Rockwell is a graduate of the Arcata School of Massage and practicing massage therapist in Arcata. He is trained in several modalities specializing in Somatic Therapeutic Touch a gentle, non-invasive method for facilitating deep muscle release. James has over one thousand hours of formal meditation training, which he uses to help clients enter into deep relaxation. James Rockwell is also a long time activist working for progressive change towards a more peaceful, cooperative society. He deeply believes in the basic goodness of the human heart and its natural ability to be unshakably happy.
	Becca Pryor was raised in Arcata and came home from living city life knowing she wanted to be of use to this community, that there would be something that she could offer of service for the wellness of individuals thus effecting the whole.Becca has spent this past year getting certified in a thorough massage education with many great teachers/healers from this community that fully nurtured the energy that was already present in her heart; “I have found what I can offer. I find my style of massage to be kind and firm. It is my hope to hold a safe space of nurture and relaxation, as gentle as you like or as deep as you need. Bodywork has become such a fulfilling part of my human experience and I look forward to being a wellness advocate in your life. I offer: Swedish massage, integrative bodywork, polarity, and Hot Stone treatments.”
	Cassie Leonhardt graduated from Arcata School of Massage in 2007 with a focus in somatic bodywork and spa therapy. She specializes in hot-stone massage, bodywraps/scrubs, and aromatherapy~ all of which promotes deep healing. She is a licensed skin care specialist and spa owner whom thrives on health education and self-care management.
